You only pay $5 per month to place your account on hold and skip the full membership charge on the 1st—while keeping access to exclusive member benefits. And, for every month your account is frozen, you’ll receive a $10 In-store credit added to your account once it’s reactivated! (Earn Double Cashback)
Once you’re ready to return, just simply stop by any Glo location to reactivate your membership. You will only pay the prorated membership fee for that month.
To Freeze your membership, just simply complete our online freeze request form.
To resume your Glo membership, stop by any location and pay the prorated fee for the rest of the month.
You can submit a freeze request at any time during the month, but it must be completed by the final day of the month before you want the freeze to begin.
Instead of being billed your regular membership rate, a $5 freeze fee will be charged each month while your membership is on hold. This charge occurs automatically on the 1st of each month and will continue until you reactivate your membership.
When you return, you’ll receive $10 in store credit for every month your membership was frozen.
Note: Store credit cannot be used for your monthly membership fee, but it can be redeemed for in-store products and services.
Absolutely! After your first initial draft you are free to place your membership on hold and reactivate it as often as necessary, giving you the flexibility to fit your schedule.

To prevent being charged for the upcoming billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by 11:59 PM on the 20th of the prior month.
Example: If you cancel at 12:00 AM on June 21, you’ll still be billed for July, and your membership will end on July 31.
Yes, to avoid being charged for the upcoming month, cancellations must be submitted by the 20th of the previous month. If you cancel on the 1st, your membership will still be billed for that month and will officially end at the end of the following billing cycle.
